Diane Aja Scholarship is awarded annually to an active VOTA member.  The recipient receives a scholarship for the AOTA member rate admission fee to attend the upcoming national conference.  If you wish to attend the 2022 AOTA Conference please answer the questions below and email with your name, email address and phone number.  



March 31-April 3, 2022.

"It’s been too long since we’ve been together—in person or virtually! Join us at AOTA INSPIRE 2022 in vibrant and historic San Antonio, or from the comfort of your home or office. Share your experiences and learn from each other while making new connections and celebrating the resilience of the occupational therapy profession." (AOTA, 2022)

If you are awarded this scholarship, an article must be submitted after the conference.

1. Tell us about yourself, including the strengths and talents that have and will contribute to the growth of VOTA.

2. Describe one goal for professional development as an OT provider, and how you would use the experience to further this objective, were you selected to attend the annual conference.

3. As is part of the DEI Strategic Plan of AOTA, what actions can you take to facilitate diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices to support our profession in your daily practice? AOTA supports the ABIM foundation campaign, "Choosing Wisely. In what ways do you and will you support quality health care (i.e. purposeful, meaningful, and functional interventions) for your clients?
